Shipping charges are assessed on all orders based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Contiguous USA
Ground Shipping
- $12.95 for eligible orders under $150.00*
- Free for eligible orders over $150.00*
- Transit time: Typically 8-14 business days in transit once shipped
*Excludes Chelsea Crew brand ($4.95 flat rate). Valid for contiguous USA only; excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and International destinations. Previous purchases are not eligible for shipping cost adjustment.
Express Shipping
- Cost calculated at checkout
- Transit time: 1 to 3 business days
- NOTE: Orders received after 11am EST will not be processed until the next business day.
Non-Contiguous USA: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.
Ground Shipping

- Transit Time: 8 to 14 business days once shipped
Military APO/FPO (Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific):
- Cost calculated at checkout
- Transit time - Typically 10-15 business days in transit once shipped, but could take up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on your location.
USA Warehouse + Global Fulfillment Network
At ModCloth, we work with a variety of manufacturers around the world to offer you a unique and ever-changing selection of styles. Most orders ship from our main distribution center in New Jersey, but some items may come straight from our global partners—so your order might arrive from more than one location.
Processing Timeline
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they ship. This can vary a bit—especially during busy times like holidays, big sales, or site-wide promotions. Our warehouse in New Jersey ships Monday through Friday, and takes a break on weekends, national holidays, and during severe weather. If you choose Expedited or Next Day shipping, we usually process those orders within 1 business day. To have your Next Day order ship out the same day, please make sure it’s placed by 10am ET on a business day. Keep in mind that public holidays aren’t included in our estimated delivery times, and our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Undeliverable Packages
Please note: When packages are deemed as "undeliverable" by the shipping courier, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "return to sender" packages, we are able to process an automatic refund on your original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout; duties and taxes may apply. Shipping costs and any associated fees are non-refundable.
Processing Timeline
International orders may take up to 10–14 business days to process before they ship. This processing time is separate from the shipping time, so be sure to factor both in when selecting your shipping method.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order leaves our international hub. From there, delivery time will depend on your selected shipping option, your location, and your country’s customs process.
Please also keep in mind that USA public holidays may affect processing and shipping times. Our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays.

Standard Shipping
Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days once your order ships from our international shipping partner, Passport. Some destinations may take longer—up to 60 days in rare cases.
Express Shipping (not available in all countries)
Faster delivery with estimated arrival times once shipped from Passport’s hub:
- Australia: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 5-9 business days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–9 business days
