"Was very disappointed to see this item was shipped directly from mainland China. I used to buy a lot of clothes from ModCloth but it’s been about ten years and a lot has changed. The tag was tangled in the crinoline and I had to cut it to prevent further damage, only to see that removing the tag made it non-returnable. Skirt itself is mid-quality and outer crinoline has no hem and is prone to running/tearing."
