The Tulle Intentions Dress from our ModCloth namesake label is a vintage-inspired confection made for holiday parties, winter weddings, and any occasion deserving a little extra grandeur. A rich emerald velvet bodice features a flattering square neckline and princess seams for a beautifully shaped fit, while the gathered midi skirt floats into full 1950s-inspired proportions beneath layers of sheer tulle dotted with velvety flocked polka dots.
