"This is actually a super cute dress, but it came without the tie belt. Just big belt loops sticking out. And when I contacted ModCloth to request that they send me a belt to complete the dress, they informed me: "Regrettably, we do not have any replacement parts. At this time you would have to return the item and exchange it. " Ridiculous."
