Gorgeous dress 👗

"This dress is so beautiful!! The skirt part is a little puffy which I love. The navy and pink is such a pretty color combination. The sizing is true to size. I had ordered the extra small as the website indicted that size was available. Unfortunately I got an email that the extra small was out of stock. So I ordered the small. The extra small would have fit perfectly. The dress is way to pretty to send back. Luckily it was easily altered so I can wear it. I just absolutely love Modcloth and the beautiful vintage style dresses. I always feel like I am ordering one of a kind pieces."
