DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns or exchanges (exclusions apply) of unused items in unwashed, unworn condition. The original tag must be attached and the original plastic bag with product barcode must be included with your return. Requests must be opened in our Loop portal within 30 days of the order's original delivery date to be eligible for refund, store credit*, or exchange*.
Refunds: You may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method which will be processed within 2 business days of your return’s arrival to our US based warehouse.
Store Credit: For ModCloth brand clothing returns, you may choose to receive a full refund as a ModCloth store credit which will be issued upon “in transit” scan of the return package by the carrier. (Faster processing than traditional returns)
Exchanges: ModCloth brand clothing may be exchanged for a different size in the same exact style and color. Domestic US customers only. Exchanges will be processed upon “in transit” scan of the return package by the carrier.
*Store credit and exchanges are not available for Chelsea Crew, Orchid Bloom, Princess Highway, Dangerfield, Black Friday, BOG-ART-STUDIO or any other vendor partner brand (tag does not say ModCloth).
Shoes must be returned within their original box, and the shoe box must be packaged in an outer protective shipping container for return transit. To be eligible for refund, shoes must be in new, unworn condition.
Swimwear must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with the hygienic liner attached and intact to be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Gift Cards are final sale and not eligible to be returned or transferred into another customer's gift card balance.
Final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, but can be turned into store credit with our ModCloset program.
Additional Information: In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and non-reusable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. All final sale items and late returns (outside the 30 day return window) sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited, and will be handled at ModCloth's sole discretion.
RETURN PROCESSING FEES
If Offset was purchased at checkout, at the time the order was placed, no additional fees will be charged for your return or exchange of any item within the same order.
If Offset was not purchased at checkout, at the time the order was placed, a $12.00 (per order) processing fee will be deducted from the total refund or credit.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
ModCloth partners with Loop to make your return process easy and convenient. Loop will generate your return shipping label and packing slip. Please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. We strongly recommend against using a dropbox that does not have a daily pick up. ModCloth is not responsible for return transit delays due to the use of a dropbox that does not have daily pick up.
Please Note: All ModCloth brand items can be returned to our warehouse in the same package. If you purchased from one of our vendor partners (Orchid Bloom, Chelsea Crew, Princess Highway, Dangerfield, Black Friday, BOG-ART-STUDIO) you will need to open separate returns for each brand (no additional fees). Please be sure to place the correct items in the correct packages, carefully matching the packing slips and return labels for returns including multiple brands.
