Processing time for most shipping methods is 1 - 3 business days prior to shipment. Times may vary based on order volume around holidays and large sitewide promos. Expedited and Next Day shipping methods typically ship in 1 business day; orders must be placed before 10 am ET to give our warehouse time to process an order for same-day shipment.
We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns or exchanges (exclusions apply) of unused items in unwashed, unworn condition. The original tag must be attached and the original plastic bag with product barcode must be included with your return. Requests must be opened in our Loop portal within 30 days of the order's original delivery date to be eligible for refund, store credit*, or exchange*. Once an order has been placed it can't be changed or canceled. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable.
