"This sweatshirt is cute and comfy, but the hood is HUGE, and is so heavy that you have to constantly pull the shirt back forward. I got it really cheap during a Christmas sale, so I'm not too mad about it, but it is annoying for sure."

I’m sad by the hit or miss quality of ModCloth these days, usually the issue is everything turns into a cropped length after the first wash, now it seems I need to look out for drastic over sizing. The prices continue to go up, but the quality goes way down. And now all my ModCloth orders ship from China? And when I have to return something there’s a “processing fee” so you don’t actually get a full refund ever. Very disappointed in ModCloth and their poor quality and awful customer experience."
