A little Victorian charm, a little vintage whimsy, and a whole lot of personality! The Winifred Waistcoat Vest from our ModCloth namesake label brings storybook style to life with an enchanting tapestry design featuring curious cats nestled among colorful florals. Its tailored silhouette, ornate gold-tone buttons, and subtly flared hem lend an elegant, old-world feel, while the contrasting black stretch velvet back adds an unexpected touch of sophistication.
