"I have not ordered from ModCloth in a few years and was so disappointed with all three dresses I ordered this month. The clothes from 5+ years ago (okay, perhaps it was 10+ years ago) were so high quality. I still have many of my older ModCloth clothes. This dress was so cheap feeling. The plaid part was very thin, but the worst was the collar, which looked and felt like plastic. There is no way I could've warn this dress in public."

"As someone who usually buys clothing from thrift stores and balks at a price higher than $20 for a shirt, I was a little hesitant to buy this dress. However, it was such a cute design, and on sale at the time, so I decided to take a chance on it. I'm glad I did :) It's made of high quality materials, and really feels like an excellent homage to vintage clothing, but styled for a more modern body/undergarments. I bought this originally as a Christmas dress, but can definitely see myself wearing this throughout the year (though perhaps not in summer, as the material is a little too thick for that). My only issue now is that Modcloth has too many cute clothes to choose from, haha."
