Cute, not hot

"I like the dress, but I definately dont love it; everything about it is just one step down from what it could be. The sweater portion is a little thin and very stretchy so I have to wear a black bra and it probably wont age well, the graphics on the skirt is blown up a little too large so it looks pixelated and the fabric of the skirt is plastic feeling. Ive got a short torso and although it hides a stomach, its a little frumpy overall. I paid $38, so it was worth what I paid, but Im not blown away."
