Beautiful flower pattern, but elastic too high

"Exceptionally beautiful flower pattern. Midi length is perfect. Surprisingly lightweight, airy fabric, which is perfect for a summer dress when the weather is HOT. However, the top part of the elastic hits the bottom of my breasts (as seen in attached picture), which is too high. IMO, should be 1-2 inches lower. My breasts are not large, just average size for my build. This gives the dress a somewhat unflattering shape, making me look larger than I am. I got the dress using a discount, so ultimately, I’m fine with the cut, but maybe wouldn’t pay full price for this. If you have a smaller chest relative to your weight, it might be fine. As with all Modcloth clothing, you will get a TON of compliments."
