Almost Perfect
"The only reason I'm not giving this skirt a 5-star review is because the top button came off when I was putting it on to wear in public for the first time. I was getting ready for work, so I didn't have time to sew it back on, so I used a safety pin instead. Another drawback is going to the bathroom. I have to unbutton 3 buttons before I can slip it off, which can be kind of tedious. Otherwise, it's perfect. It fit well and looks like the pictures. It even has pockets deep enough for your phone, and not once did I worry about my phone falling out. I paired it with a white ruffle shirt kind of like what the model's wearing (but cheaper), black block heel boots, and a denim jacket."

"I am 5' and 140 lbs. The M fit perfectly and hit me below the knee. I have received compliments galore. I have paired it with a navy blue sassy Tee even though I bought the lacy top, it's just been to hot for long sleeves. I used to wear GunneSack in the 70's. I think I may have already owned this skirt 50 years ago."
Runs big but cute!
"Since ModCloth didn’t post measurements and I was afraid of them selling out, I purchased a large and it was LARGE. Thankfully they haven’t sold out and I exchanged for a medium. Which fits ok but I’ll have to sew in a hook and eye to keep the buttons from having a gap when I sit. Good pockets. Fabric is a bit stiff. Very full skirt. Pretty good for a girl who can fit into vintage gunnes!"
Gorgeous and comfortable
"I love this skirt even more than I expected! The back section features an elastic back, which I initially thought would cause the dreaded muffin top. However, it is gentle elastic that actually helps the waistline fit perfectly. The Gunne skirt I ordered from ModCloth’s first run had a back zipper that never functioned well for me, and I was also between sizes, so it didn't quite fit right. This new skirt is both comfortable and flattering. I can easily see myself wearing it all summer with tank tops."

"Runs a little large. I am a 12-14 and i was afraid of it not fitting so i bought an XL. It was too large. It has elastic so I think the L would be OK. Its a really beautiful skirt."
