Pretty Colors but Size up!

"The skirt looks just as picture. The colors and beautiful and the detailed buttons are cute. I had to return though because it didn't fit. I'm a size 14 (larger stomach and chest) but I sized up to a 16 W just in case. The 16 fit but too tightly. I'm returning it and getting the size 18 W!"
