1. Bust
Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your breasts, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. This measurement determines your bust size.

2. Waist
Wrap a measuring tape around your natural waistline, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. This determines your waist measurement.

3. Hips
Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground. This determines your hip measurement.

Place a ruler on the ground, perpendicular to the wall.

Length
In bare feet, step on the ruler, with the back of your heel against the wall. The measurement taken at the longest part of your foot determines your shoe size.

Width
With the ruler in the same position, step with your bare foot on the ruler — this time with the outside of your foot touching the wall. The measurement taken at the widest part of your foot determines your shoe width.
